Morning:A guided tour to Santa Claus Village. Cross the Arctic Circle with certificate. Meet Santa Claus & visit the Post Office. Afterwards, drive to the northern resort town-Saariselka and enjoy the original & shocking “polar ice and snow beauty”.
Evening: Chasing the northern lights in the best spot in SAARISELKA.
Lunch and dinner: Self-covered
Stay at: Saariselka Hotel or Chalet (Breakfast included)
Daytime: Arctic reindeer farm visit + reindeer feeding + reindeer sledding experience + hot drink + certificate (️this activity can be replaced with: dog sledding , snowmobile, skiing and ice fishing based on different customer’s needs)
Lunch and dinner: Self-covered
Stay at: Saariselka Hotel or Chalet (Breakfast included)
Daytime: after breakfast, head to Norway, Kirkenes – the most beautiful kingcrab. Participate in king crab Safari activity, snowmobile sledding (including winter warm clothes), kingcrab meals.
Lunch: Kingcrab included. Dinner is at your own expense
Stay at: local comfortable hotel (including breakfast)
Daytime: after breakfast, drive to the north of Finland-Inari and visit the Sami Museum (including tickets), return to Rovaniemi after that——to the airport (️Note: Guests can leave from Kirkenes/Ivalo/Rovaniemi Airport).
Pick up limitation: 12km away from Rovaniemi city center . If its a bit far which may cause extra fee for extra distance and work hours(Please ask ahead).
Cancellation 20 and more days prior to the arrival free cancellation.
Cancellation 19 – 8 days prior to the arrival 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation 7 – 0 days prior to the arrival or no show 100% of the total amount.
Note: Some of our program’s subcontractors have more strict terms of cancellation. In this case, we follow their terms if anything changes at their place and we inform the guests in advance (FE. Reindeer & Husky Safaris or Snowmobile Safari).
